Our story begins almost 20 years ago when our founder had a passion for watches, was trained by watch makers to fix them. He opened up a shop of his own and noticed a trend. That everyone in the industry wants to take way too long to fix a watch, and were not set up to effectively communicate with the customer on how the watch repair is going. From this experience he got an idea. That idea birthed WatchBaux.com.

At we are tired of not having a place to easily fix a watch.
